When it’s impossible to say no without retribution, you'll get bad news in drips.
And often, not at all.

That’s why everything's green until right before launch.
It’s why “sure” slowly turns into “nope.”
It’s why watermelon metrics exist.

✅ Green on the outside.
🔴 Red on the inside.

When you make truth un-discussable
You make sure it gets hidden.

The problem grows, oozes, and eventually explodes. Fixing the cough would be cheaper than pneumonia.

Until there is glory in prevention,
This pattern is sure to continue.
